About Luis:

Born and raised in Monterrey, an industrial city in the north of Mexico, Luis graduated from the prestigious University Tecnologico de Monterrey with a degree in Marketing. A temporary job in Hampton Inn and Suites on a summer break awoke his interest in the hotel and tourism industry in such a way that days after graduating he moved to Tulum and got a job at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa at the concierge desk.

13 years later, after holding various positions in different hotels – initially in customer service and later sales and marketing, Luis is now back at Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa as Director of Sales. This time with family and roots in the destination. His objective is the same: to take care of everyone that visits the hotel and actively promote the destination that he now calls home.
